• Pre-service and In-service teachers training.
• Strengthening of pre-primary teachers and higher secondary Teachers through different training programmes workshops, conferrences etc.
• To assess effectiveness of training programme and its regular review and guidance.
• Provide different pedagogical help i.e. constructivism, child centered joyful learning for classroom teaching.
